I joined Khairun-Nisa Eye Hospital in 2019 and feel fortunate to be part of a very dedicated team of professionals working under the visionary leadership of Dr Mazhar Awan.  This is a team of people who provide sincere service to patients from all socio-economic tiers of the society, regardless of their paying capacity. It makes me happy to see people getting quality eye care, people who otherwise do not have access to or can’t afford. I have worked for seven years treating patients with Diabetic retinopathy and other such Retinal vascular diseases and find the working conditions as well as the availability of sophisticated diagnostic and therapeutic facilities under one roof to be extremely satisfactory. I hope I can continue with this mission in my humble way for as long as it takes and wish this hospital a greater and greater role in the care of the Visually Impaired.
