We as ophthalmologists are at the heart of the machine waging war against blindness. The best part of my day is spent treating the underprivileged at Civil HosOther than practising General Ophthalmology and high volume cataract surgeries my special interests are in pediatric ophthalmology and LASIK.

I hope to be able to reach out to more and more patients needing specialized services in the future, those who don’t have access to decent eyecare.

At Khairun-Nisa Eye hospital, I feel like living my dream. I can undoubtedly call this place a topnotch facility for providing quality eyecare,  where anyone can walk in without worrying about cost of the treatment or any compromise in quality of service.

I practice ophthalmology not as a profession but as a religious obligation. My parents, may Allah shower His blessings on them, have provided me everything that can make anyone go out and work for. The pleasure I draw from practicing general ophthalmology, high volume cataract surgeries and honing my skills in practice of medical retina here,  is beyond words to express. The smiles and prayers of patients I get in return are my precious take homes.

At this hospital, I have all that it takes to practice ophthalmology and achieve what I want to. Patients, all the necessary equipment, supportive staff, above all a friendly and family like professional work environment. In short we have all what it takes to make any professional like me happy,  to fully exploit the potentials of my person and the art I practice.

I look forward to serving the patients at Khairun-Nisa Eye Hospital, the cause underlying the creation of this hospital, for a long time.  A cause that binds me to it, in a spiritual manner, the pure cause of service to humanity.

In order for me to deliver what I can, as a vitreo-retinal surgeon,  many support functions other than the need of a very high level of training and competency are required. 

 Highly expensive equipment, extremely competent supportive staff and efficient working environment are to name a few. More than any of the above, there is a need for top management’s commitment towards the delivery of rather expensive service to those who cannot afford.

What could be a better place for all these facilities to exist under one roof at Khairun-Nisa Eye Hospital. I am a part time visiting consultant here and enjoy every moment of my work.

Look forward to a long and productive association with the hospital and wish all the success in all the future aspirations of the management to create a teaching and training facility in the coming days.

I am honored to be part of the team at Khairunnisa Eye Hospital, which is dedicated to deliver quality and cost effective services for the management of vision impairing diseases in the community.

The hospital has well-equipped, state of art facilities under one roof to diagnose and manage almost all ocular disorders, ranging from optical, diagnostics, lasers, all major and minor surgical procedures under local and general anaesthesia.

I am practicing as a General Ophthalmologist with special interest in Oculoplastics, Medical Retina and Cornea. I fully enjoy my work here. 

Besides all support facilities, nursing, technical assistance. Administrative staff are very cooperative and friendly. I wish this hospital to grow further, leading to a teaching and training hub as well.

As an Optometrist and Orthoptist, I am trained to examine and treat children with squints, lazy eyes and anybody in need of Contact Lenses or Low Visual Aids.

I am proud and pleased to be a team member of the faculty at Khairun-Nisa Eye Hospital, where I provide above mentioned services in addition to performing similar duties at Eye Department, Civil Hospital Karachi.

I look forward to contributing towards the development of a university accredited teaching and training program at Khairun-Nisa Eye Hospital, in the coming days for allied visual sciences. This could go a long way towards our contribution for the management of Visual Impairment in Pakistan and making the world a better place to live.

A graduate of Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS), he has served with distinction at the Government Health Department and Civil Hospital Karachi, where he recently retired after an illustrious career.

Throughout his tenure, Dr. Nizamani remained committed to restoring vision and improving access to quality eye care for countless patients across Sindh. His clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and unwavering dedication to public service have earned him deep respect within the medical community.
